3. Tokens & Gameplay

Tokens:

• Are earned through gameplay
• Have no monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Are used only to enter promotional prize draws or unlock features

4. Prize Draws & Promotions

Entry into draws:

• Requires tokens earned through free gameplay
• Is optional
• Is subject to eligibility rules for each draw

Prize Eligibility & Verification:

All prize winners must complete age and identity verification before any prize is awarded. Failure to complete verification may result in forfeiture of the prize.

5. Prize Substitution & Travel Flexibility

Where a prize includes travel (such as a Las Vegas trip), ChatJackpot reserves the right to:

• Offer a cash prize of equivalent value, or
• Offer an alternative destination or experience of equivalent value,

in consultation with the winner, where travel is impractical due to visa requirements, travel restrictions, health considerations, or other reasonable circumstances.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions:

• Do not guarantee winning prizes
• Do not change the educational nature of the platform
• Can be cancelled at any time

7. Responsible Use

ChatJackpot encourages healthy, moderate play. The platform includes features such as streak limits and LifeSavers designed to reduce frustration.

8. Charity Intent

ChatJackpot intends to donate a portion of net proceeds to organisations supporting responsible play and gambling harm prevention, such as GamCare (UK) or equivalent charities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, game mechanics, designs, text, graphics, and software are protected by copyright.

10. AI & Third-Party Disclaimer

ChatJackpot is not affiliated with OpenAI or any AI provider.

11. Limitation of Liability
